Board of Adjustment

Board of Adjustment shall have the following powers and duties:

1. To hear and decide on all requests for a Variance from the one or more of the specific requirements of this ordinance, in instances where owing to special, exceptional conditions, a literal enforcement of those requirements will result in unnecessary hardship.
2. To hear and decide on all requests for the development of Special Uses, whenever allowed within certain zoning district(s) by this Ordinance.
3. To hear and decide on all appeals, where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator and/or City Council in the enforcement of this ordinance.
